Gifts of Speech – This site consists of speeches given by women all over the world.
Presidential Rhetoric – Looking for speeches by presidents, both past and present? This site is quite comprehensive, offering text as well as audio and video if possible.
Write Out Loud – Detailed thoughts on how to write a speech, as well as sections on getting over the fear of speaking and preparing your voice for a crowd.
